Reconstruction of a dorsal Nasal Defect with A Forehead Flap

This lady had a large squamous cell carcinoma removed, which resulted in loss of a significant amount of skin, cartilage and lining, particularly on the left side. Reconstruction was performed using a folded multi-stage forehead flap, cartilage grafting and internal lining local flaps. The forehead donor site was closed by advancing both sides of the forehead, with incisions placed just inside the hairline.
